Metal Stampings
Capabilities:
- Short to medium run stamping. Specializing in quick turn short run stampings and cost effective with as little as 100 pcs at a time and quantities up to 25,000 per release.
- All die sets manufactured and maintained in house and allows for cost control and accuracy.
- Leadtime for new parts including tooling is usually 4-6 weeks.
- Stamp material thicknesses from 0.010” – 0.250” depending on the material. Blank sizes 16” x 22”
- Secondary operations including: painting, plating, powder coating, tapping, machining, pem insertions and welding can be done.
- Laser Cutting for prototype or small quantities is available.
